As your Real Estate Investing Mentor - I want to know all about your investing goals and dreams so that I can help you to achieve them. I'll start this by telling you a little bit more about myself here first…

My full name is Alexandria Page Anderson and I was born in Minnesota, but grew up all over the U.S. including Illinois, Florida, Ohio and finally back to the Twin Cities where I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree.

One day (after working for 12 years in retail management) I read the book, "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki, and by the time I had even finished reading it - I knew that I had found a love for real estate investing, and that my life would never be the same!

This book helped me to see how successful investors think and act, and motivated me to begin investing in real estate to build my wealth and prepare for retirement.
 

My first investment purchase was in May of 2005 (although I’d been actively land-lording since 2002) and I currently own and rent out 4 investment properties: (2 in Minnesota and 2 in Florida) that are producing cash-flow for me.

I'm a licensed RE/MAX Advantage Plus Agent, and have assisted hundreds of investors from all around the country in getting started (and continuing on) in building their wealth through investing in real estate. You can count on me to help and advise you with a comprehensive knowledge of state-laws, paperwork, and all the important details needed to help ensure your success in the exciting "game of investing".

I love to share my experience and knowledge with new investors, and have a reputation for teaching this process in a way that eases the intimidation of "taking the first step". I do this by always providing the best and most current tools, tried-and-trusted resources and media to assist my clients in making the wisest choices for their particular investment goals and needs.

As a part of this, I also host regular Kiyosaki, "Cash-Flow Games" for fun - so that my friends and clients can practice to see how the real estate investing process works, and what it's like to be actively investing (using fake money and on an accelerated timetable!)

On a more personal note, I've also traveled extensively all over the world (including such places a China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Kenya, Egypt, and extensively over North America & Europe) and I love going to new places and meeting new people.
